Oracle Reading Code of Ethics

Below, you will find the CoE for Oracle Readings at Utopia Gateway. Please read these before scheduling a reading to save hassle on both of our behalf’s.

About Oracle Readings @ Utopia Gateway 

  • No reading will be computer generated, all hand shuffled by myself.
  • Delivered via: Social Media Text Message (Email, WhatsApp, DM, etc) OR £5 fee Video Call. (Whatsapp/Zoom)
  • The less I know, the better! I require NO information about your situation prior to your reading. This allows me to be directed solely by, the energy of the card & the Power of the Highest Good; instead of my own opinion.
  • You will always have the chance to clarify cards with extra pulls, during and up to 48 hour after your reading is over. This gives you a chance to sit with or tell your loved ones about your reading & then come back with more questions if necessary. Please note: Asking for clarification is not a fresh reading. For a fresh reading you’ll have to schedule & purchase another one. Thank you.
  • Oracle Readings @ Utopia Gateway aren’t medical (including pregnancy), legal or professional business advice; and cannot guarantee to resolve any health problems or serious issues. You have free will and are in full control of your own decisions & life. Oracle readings offer possibilities. 

Confidentiality

  • All Oracle Readings @ Utopia Gateway will be kept 100% confidential. See our Privacy Policy.

If we believe your experience will have a positive impact on our community here at Utopia Gateway, we will ask for your permission to share it. This will be done via written correspondence and only on your terms of confidentiality. EG: change identity, use the principle in a different scenario or you tell your own story to inspire others! None of these things will be done without your permission. 

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds on readings that have been processed already or received. However you do still have the right to cancel before your reading.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  1.  You placed the order by mistake - In this case please email: contact@utopiagateway ASAP
  2. We decline the reading request - Find more information below
  3. Your purchased reading hasn’t been completed yet and you would like to swap the “pathway” -  In this case, you will be refunded the difference in price 

Right to Cancel

  • You have the right to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your reading after this period, refunds will be voidable. 

  • In order to protect my own energy, as a reader, I have the right to decline/cancel &/or reschedule if necessary. This would be under extreme circumstances, written correspondence would keep you informed and a full refund may be applicable in this instance.
